στίχοι χρησματώδεις εἰς ἀνδρόνικον κομνην(ὸν) τὸν τύραννον
 
αἴφνης δ' ἀναστὰς ἐκ τόπου πλήρης πότου,
ἀνὴρ πελιδνὸς ἀγέρωχος τὸν τρόπον,
στικτὸς πολιὸς ποικίλος χαμαιλέων,
ἐπεισπεσεῖται καὶ θερίσει καλάμην·
πλὴν ἀλλὰ κ' αὐτὸς συνθεριστεὶς τῶ χρόνω,
ἐσύστερον τίσει ἐναθλίας δίκας, ὦ
ὧνπερ κακῶς ἔπραξεν ἐν βίω τάλ(ας):
ὁ γὰρ φέρων μάχαιρ(αν), οὐ φεύγει ξίφος:~
καὶ ταῦτ(α), δρεπανηφόρε, τετράμηνόν σε μένει:-
