	Ὁ φωκυλίδης εὐπρεπῆ ζήσας βίον·
	ὡς χρυσομύστης ὡς ἀπόστολος μέγ(ας)·
	ὡς ἀκροατὴς τῶν θεοῦ θεσπισμάτ(ων)
	κ(αὶ) μυσταγωγὸς τῶν ἀρίστων πρακτέ(ων)
	εὐαγγελικῶς ταῦτα λαλεῖ κ(αὶ) γράφει.
	εὔχρηστα τυγχάνοντος τοῖς ἐν τῷ βίῳ
	κ(αὶ) τοῖς μέλλουσι τρυφὰν σωτηριώδη·
	θεῖα νάμα(τα) ἐν πηγαῖς ἀεννάου :-

Comment	Other occurrences of the same type usually have 5 or 6 verses. In this manuscript, two verses were added at the end of the epigram. Omont (1888:3): 'Phocylidis poema, et versus in eum.' The manuscript is dated to the 15th-16th century.
