	ἄνθρωπε, κἀμοῦ μνημόνευσον τοῦ τάλα
	Θεοφίλου ἱερομονάχου
	πανευτελοῦς τε καὶ ἀχρείου τοῖς πᾶσι,
	ὅπως Θεοῦ τύχοιμι πρὸς τέλει βίου
	νέμοντός μοι λύτρωσιν ἀμπλακημάτων.
