	Καὶ τόδε σῆς ζαθέης κεφαλῆς περιώσιον ἔργον,
	Πρόκλε μάκαρ, πάντων βρέτας ἔμπνοον ὅττι Μαρῖνον
	ἀθανάτων μερόπεσσι βοηθόον εὐσεβέεσσιν
	ἀντὶ τεῆς ἱερῆς κεφαλῆς ψυχοσσόον ἄλκαρ
	κάλλιπες, ὃς βιοτὴν θεοτερπέα σεῖο λιγαίνων
	γράψε τάδ’ ἐσσομένοις μνημήια σῶν ἀρετάων.

Translation(s)	Proclus of blessed memory, this, too, is an excellent deed on the part of thy divine self, that as a saviour and protector of souls in place of thy divine self thou hast left Marinus, the living image of all the immortals, the help of pious men.
